Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are generally processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale events, festivals, or periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

We ship across most serviceable locations in India through our trusted courier partners. While we strive to serve every location, deliveries to certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be possible.

  • International Shipping

We ship to multiple countries worldwide through our international logistics partners. Shipping availability depends on the destination country and applicable shipping regulations.

If your location is not serviceable after an order is placed, our support team will contact you and process the applicable refund.

International Shipping
  • Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours (subject to product availability).
  • International deliveries typically take 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Overall delivery may take approximately 8–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
